Cat Winske
Beaches and Weed Founder/Writer
After being immersed in California’s cannabis industry for 14 years, Cat began writing webcopy and blog articles for friends. In 2018, Cat founded Beaches and Weed to provide top-quality copywriting to the emerging hemp industry.
Cat has expanded her writing to serve a wide range of businesses covering subjects, such as gardening, homesteading, psychedelics, yoga, health, music, and the visual arts.
After studying Biology and Pre-Med at Chatham College, Cat earned her BA at the California Institute of Integral Studies. She went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Art History at San Jose State University.
Cat also holds several certifications from the Cannabis Training University. For the past 4 years Cat has done a paid apprenticeship with a top-ranking cannabis and travel-oriented SEO agency.
Cat has traveled extensively and currently resides in Oaxaca, Mexico. When she isn’t writing, she enjoys gardening, creating art, hanging out with animals, and playing music with her band, Zipolite Beach Billies.
Tiffani Renee

Tiffani has been working in California’s legal cannabis industry for over a decade. She served as production manager at Lifted Farms in Santa Cruz for several years and still works with the company as a consultant.
Tiffani has recently extended her consulting work into the expanding cannabis industry in Thailand.
Tiffani has also studied permaculture and a host of other agricultural subjects at the university level. Tiffani loves plants, travel, animals, and enjoys sharing the beauty she sees around her with others through her photography.
